THRIVE Development Initiative (TDI) is a women-led social enterprise co-founded by the directors of Thrive360 (Ms. Mphoentle Kgositau) and Sthands Consulting (Pty) Ltd (Dr. Thandi Katlholo), operating at the intersection of digital innovation, social transformation, and inclusive development. Born from the momentum of the Botswana Tech Summit & Expo 2025, TDI designs and delivers high-impact platforms, programmes, and convenings that provide strategic, intellectual, and implementation capital to governments, the private sector, civil society, and communities.
Through a platform-driven, community-led, and data-informed approach,TDI convenes national, regional, and international actors to accelerate innovation adoption, strengthen data ecosystems, and translate dialogue into tangible economic, social, and environmental outcomes, supporting Botswana's Economic

Dr Thandi Katlholo
Co-Founder and Chief Program & Impact Officer
Co-Founder & Chief Program & Impact Officer at TDI and MD of Sthands Consulting with 16+ years leading cross-sector programmes. She has convened major platforms including Botswana Tech Summit 2025 and the African Regional TB Summit. A global health specialist, she advances sustainability and equity, and serves as Chair of Botswana Public Health Association and Vice Chair of Botswana Green Building Council. She holds an MPH, BSc (Hons), is a DrPH candidate, and DSc (honoris causa) recipient.

Kelebogile Matolela
Projects Manager
Kelebogile Matolela is a Sport Management and Organisational Development specialist with 15+ years’ experience across sport, education, and international development. She serves as Country Coordinator for the International Olympic Academy Participants Association Botswana, leading programmes in Olympic education, sustainability, gender equity, and youth development. Having held senior roles at the Botswana Rugby Union and GIZ, she focuses on strategy, monitoring and evaluation, and institutional capacity building.
Anneth Nassary
Monitoring Evaluation and Learning(MEL) Officer
Anneth Nassary is a Monitoring,
Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer and consultant with over five years' experience supporting health and human rights programmes across Eastern and SouthernB Africa. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, with advanced training in M&E and Data Science. At Sthands Consulting, she leads MEL functions, supports evaluations, and delivers data-driven reporting for Global Fund-supported initiatives, including Community-Led Monitoring and regionalTB programmes across six SADC countries
Colin Kganakga
Business Development Associate
Mr. Colin Kganakga is the Business Development Associate at Thrive Development Initiative (TDI), with over 25 years of experience in business development, public policy, and enterprise growth across government, private sector, and civil society. He holds a Master of Public Management from Regenesys School of Public Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking and Investment from Milpark School of Banking and Investment, and is currently pursuing an LLB. At TDI, he drives strategic partnerships, investment engagement, and entrepreneurship ecosystem development.
